    test philosophy:

      The supercritical fluid has the diffusivity similar to gas and the solubility of liquid, and at the same time has the characteristics of low viscosity and low surface tension, which enables the supercritical fluid to quickly penetrate into the micropores. As a result, the rate of extraction/drying is faster and more efficient than liquids, and in particular the dissolution capacity can vary with temperature, pressure and polarity。  

      Traditional drying method, liquid directly converted into gas under high temperature conditions, which will produce a certain amount of surface tension changes, will be likely to destroy the fine structure of the sample, for special samples, such as sol-gel, biological samples, porous materials with unstable structure, the use of traditional drying methods to pretreat the sample will lead to the damage of the sample structure. In the critical point drying method, the medium adopts the phase transition method of liquid carbon dioxide -- supercritical carbon dioxide -- gas carbon dioxide, and the surface stress of the interface will be zero, so the fine structure of the sample can be preserved。
